Stanford Housing University Terrace

University Terrace is a graduate student housing complex located on the Stanford University campus. It is owned and operated by Stanford University Housing and offers apartments for single graduate students, couples, and families. The complex consists of 180 apartments across 18 buildings and offers a range of amenities including a community center, laundry facilities, and outdoor recreational areas. University Terrace is a critical part of Stanford’s efforts to expand housing options amid a challenging local market.

The University Terrace logo with angled horizontal bars in the Stanford color palette represents both the diverse faculty and leveled terraces in the development. I delivered a collection of media and materials to help promote and generate interest in the housing property, attract potential buyers, and inform and educate them on the different offerings provided by the new housing complex. These marketing materials are designed to provide detailed property descriptions, including floor plans, and showcase their unique features and amenities, including housing options and their locations within the neighborhood.
